September is a great time to start a new fitness regime. After an appeal on Facebook I discovered Didcot has a wealth of classes and gyms. This week the focus is on aerobic fitness classes and groups in Didcot. Next week’s blog will cover yoga. toning and Pilates classes and a future blog will cover gyms.

To kick off the first in my ‘Meet a Didcot resident’ series I’d like to introduce Jack Cummings. Jack suffered life changing injuries in Afghanistan but fought back to fitness through a series of sporting challenges.
